Refund Policy

1. Digital products. Non-refundable once delivered, per applicable law.

2. Physical products. Eligible for return within the configured window if unopened and in original condition.

3. Wallet balances. Non-refundable, but transferable per platform rules.

4. Processing time. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
